Pippy - is playful and creative! This is so much fun. We started with a full cover of buttercream and then added everything! Icecream cone dripping goodness, buttercream swirls topped with sweet kisses, macarons, sugar balls and to top it off the glittery meringue lollipops standing tall.... Is there even a party if Pippy's not there??!!
